Terms of Service

TradeForge provides independent tools for analysing CS2 items, market data, saved trades, fair-value estimates and trade opportunities. The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Valve Corporation or Steam.

Market information and estimates may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Results are informational and do not guarantee a sale price, liquidity, profit, or any particular trading outcome.

Some features require authentication through Steam. You are responsible for keeping access to your Steam account secure and for activity performed through your TradeForge account.

You must provide accurate information where the service asks for it and may not use the service in a way that violates applicable law, Steam rules, or the rights of another person.

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions. The price, billing interval and included features shown at checkout form part of your order. Payments are processed by Stripe; TradeForge does not store full payment-card numbers.

Service credits are usage units for TradeForge features. They are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable unless the service expressly states otherwise.

You can manage an active Stripe subscription from the subscription management controls available through the pricing page. Cancellation of future renewal is separate from any statutory right to withdraw from a recently concluded contract.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Where applicable law gives you a right to withdraw from a distance contract, that right remains available under the conditions and time limits set by law.

You may not attempt to bypass plan limits, credits, authentication, rate-limits or provider safeguards; interfere with the service; access another user's data; introduce malicious code; or use automated access in a manner not expressly permitted by TradeForge.

Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or to respond to suspected abuse or legal requirements.

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Market providers, Steam, Stripe and other external services can affect availability and data quality.

Features may be changed where reasonably necessary for security, provider compatibility, legal compliance or product development. Material changes to paid services will be communicated where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeForge is not responsible for trading losses or decisions made solely on the basis of an estimate produced by the service. Mandatory consumer remedies and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by Finnish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under the law of your country of residence.
