Cancellation & Withdrawal

If you have an active paid subscription, use the subscription-management control on the pricing page. Stripe's billing portal allows you to manage or cancel the recurring subscription where that option is available for your account.

Ordinary subscription cancellation normally stops future renewal while paid access remains available until the end of the current paid period, unless applicable law or the checkout terms require a different result.

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, commonly within 14 days of concluding the contract. The exact right and its consequences depend on applicable consumer law and the type and performance of the service.

A subscription cancellation is not automatically the same thing as exercising a statutory withdrawal right. Use the withdrawal function below to submit a clear request for the paid subscription linked to your Steam account.
